EDDHA-Fe: The Best All-Round Iron Fertilizer
Advantages
Ultra-wide pH stability range (pH 3.0–11.0) With an extremely high chelation stability constant, EDDHA-Fe firmly locks iron ions even in high-pH calcareous, alkaline soils and hard water, preventing iron from forming insoluble precipitates. It is the only iron source with long-term efficacy for alkaline farmland, while EDTA-Fe fails above pH 6.5.
High active ortho-ortho isomer (1.2–4.8%) The o,o isomer delivers lasting iron supply, thoroughly corrects iron chlorosis on pineapples, bananas, citrus and fruit trees, one application lasts 2–3 months.
Full water solubility & excellent compatibility Dark brown/black uniform powder, ≤0.1% water insoluble matter, fully compatible with NPK, EDTA trace elements and neutral agrochemicals, suitable for drip irrigation, fertigation and foliar spray.

Comparison with Other Iron Sources
EDTA-Fe: Only effective below pH 6.5, cheap but invalid in alkaline soil, mainly for foliar use.
Ferrous Sulfate: Poor stability, easily oxidized, only for short-term emergency foliar correction.
Amino Acid / Sugar Alcohol Iron: Fast leaf absorption but weak soil stability, cannot solve root iron deficiency fundamentally.
Recommended Crops
Pineapple, banana, coffee, avocado, mango, all acid-sensitive fruit crops prone to iron chlorosis on limestone soil.
Recommended Dosage
Foliar spray: 1g per 1L clean water
Drip / root irrigation: 500–800g per hectare every 10–15 days
