Types of Industrial Raw Material
Amino Zn
Amino Zn is a suitable fertilizer for quick elimination of zinc deficiency in plants. Because zinc is complexed with amino acids, the process of its uptake and transfer into the plant is done quickly. Zinc is involved in the structure of many plant enzymes, the synthesis of the hormone auxin, the process of plant growth, fruit formation and the prevention of early senescence.

Amino Zn is intended for foliar application for plants with high requirements for zinc. The fertiliser provides plants with zinc quickly and effectively. It is recommended especially for weakened plants that need regeneration.
Amino Zn works perfectly even in difficult growing conditions and is completely safe for the natural environment. It is essential in the case of soil conditions that limit the availability of zinc for plants (high pH, high phosphorus content, lack of oxygen in the root zone).
When used as an intervention, it effectively eliminates zinc deficiency and limits the negative effects of periodic deficiency.
• Shake well before use. The working solution is prepared by diluting the original concentrate in water.
• Compatible with many pesticides and mineral fertilizers. If applying in blend with pesticides, the product should be dissolved the last. It is recommended to conduct a test on the product compatibility with pesticides.
• In foliar application it is recommended to use sufficient amount of water (minimum 300 l of water per ha).

Industrial Raw Material: Chelated Iron Extraction Process
Chelated iron is made by adding agents to the iron, which binds it and prevents the iron from precipitating out. Various man-made elements are used as chelates in this process, and the element used affects how potent the resulting chelated iron will be.
When Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) is used as a chelate with iron, it produces a low strength chelated iron, which is suitable for correcting iron deficiencies in soils where the pH is lower than 6.5.
For more alkaline soils, where pH is around 7.0, then diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) is an appropriate chelator. This produces a mid-strength chelated iron, which will lose around 60% of its strength when used in soils that have a pH of 8.0 or higher.
In soils with a very high pH, the most effective chelated iron will be that produced with Ethylenediamine di (o-hydroxyphenylacetic acid) (EDDHA). This results in the highest strength of chelated iron, which will be able to correct iron deficiency problems in plants growing in soils of 9.0 pH and higher. For foliar sprays, opt for the lowest strength or least expensive, as the pH level will not affect the absorbency of the iron on the foliage of plants.

Regardless of whether you use the DTPA or EDDHA, add 5 ounces of either product to each gallon of fertilizer concentrate and inject at a ratio of 1:100. This will apply 37.5 ppm iron and 45 ppm iron, respectively. Use the following tips for iron chelates:
· Apply when the media is dry to maximize absorption of the product.
· Apply in the morning and then rinse the foliage to prevent staining or burning the foliage.
· Do not apply to geraniums, New Guinea impatiens, marigolds, pentas, lisianthus or other high-iron sensitive crops.
· One Fe-EDDHA application is effective for one month, depending on growing medium pH and leaching.
· One Fe-DTPA application does not last as long as Fe-EDDHA, so it may need to be applied more frequently. Fe-DTPA application rates may need to be higher to obtain the same results.
· Store the product and mixed solutions in the dark as sunlight will degrade the chelate.
· If pH of the growing medium is high, apply potentially acidic fertilizers or use acid injection.
