Previously, , OCI announced the sale of half share stake in Fertiglobe, an ammonia and nitrogen fertilizer joint venture, to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) .
Listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, Fertiglobe is one of the world's largest seaborne exporters of urea and ammonia and the largest producer of nitrogen fertilizers in the Middle East and North Africa, with production facilities in Egypt, Algeria and the UAE.
