In Brazil, agriculture-related industries account for more than 25% of GDP, or about $600 billion. Agricultural production employs 20 million people, or about 37% of the entire Brazilian population.

Even international experts believe that it is an indisputable fact that Brazil's agricultural production is increasing at an annual rate of 6%. It won't be long before Brazil will surpass the United States in terms of agricultural products and output, becoming the world's largest agricultural producer.

In terms of total volume, Brazil still ranks fourth in the world in terms of agricultural exports, and there is a long way to go to improve productivity.

The only obstacle to Brazil's path to becoming the world's agricultural power is the protectionist barriers erected by European and American countries, leaving the Brazilian government with no choice but to face up to trade negotiations. In fact, Brazil's position as one of the world's agricultural powers has established itself globally.
